Refund policy

Only defective products are refundable within 10 days of purchase.

In the event that the item (s) are out of stock, the item (s) will be shipped as soon as available.

No refund on items ordered out of stock.

Star Lashes World does not provide return labels, and recommends using a shipping method that includes a tracking number, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

After receipt of the package, the defective product will be refunded within 3 working days.
