Star Lashes World's policy is to sell eyelash extension application products and professional / certified professionals in the beauty, health, or medical industries. , You certify that you are under Graduated or Certified as per the requirements of your region, and you agree to provide Star Lashes World with an up-to-date copy of your professional references upon request. Star Lashes World reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether you are eligible for admission to its training programs and may deny you admission to a training program if you cannot provide sufficient documentation of your qualifications.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you comply with all laws of any state or local jurisdiction relating to the sale or application of eyelash extensions. It is your responsibility to research and locate laws and regulations in your department, if any, regarding the practice of eyelash extension applications, including, but not limited to, the license or professional certificate that you must have and the requirements of the facilities in which you can apply to apply eyelash extensions there. Star Lashes World offers training programs and issues certificates to licensed and accredited beauty professionals to enable them to effectively use Star Lashes World products. A Star Lashes World certificate indicates that a person has met Star Lashes World standards for the use and application of Star Lashes World products.
Star Lashes World does not train its customers to receive a state license or certificate, or to receive continuing education to extend their government or state license. Star Lashes World expects its customers to refer to their state's regulatory boards for approval to charge for eyelash extension services. Star Lashes World cannot be held responsible for any claims that may arise from the use of its techniques, products or services in any Department, State, country or territory.
For Online Trainings, you must complete all required online lessons before your training date. Before the start of each training program, you will need to show your trainer a valid government issued photo ID. You agree NOT to use any recording, audio, photo or video device during the training program. Cell phones should be switched off during the training program, unless you have been authorized to do so. Unregistered individuals will NOT be permitted to observe or participate in training programs. If you are late or do not complete your originally scheduled training program, you will not be eligible for a refund and will be charged the full cost of registration to reschedule your training program. Training programs are completely non-refundable, Star Lashes World will not issue refunds for any training programs for any reason. Star Lashes World reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion, for any reason or no reason.
1-Security during and after training and compensation programs for eyelashes
You acknowledge, and agree that (a) the use of products sold by Star Lashes World should be used with the utmost care to avoid accidental injury, particularly when working near an individual's eyes, (b) there is a
danger in applying eyelash extensions which may include injury to a person's eye or eye area and (c) you will use great caution during
your training program and will follow all prescribed safety guidelines under
the supervision of your trainer You also certify that you will use
great care in all eyelash extension applications that you will perform
after have successfully completed your training program. You agree that Star Lashes World cannot
be held responsible for any injuries that may result from your misuse
of the products and application techniques sold or supplied by Star Lashes World.
You understand and agree that a Star Lashes World trainer may, in its sole discretion, terminate you from a driving training program that puts you,
or other participants in the training program, to a risk of injury, or who
otherwise interferes with the safety and / or effective administration of the
training program. If you are excluded from a training program because of your driving or
your performance, you will not receive a refund and you may not be able
to resume the training program, this at the Star Lashes World's sole discretion.
